Mariah Carey’s former security company is threatening to sue her and the owner of the company Michael Anello says Mariah constantly humiliated him and referred to him as a Nazi, a skinhead, a KKK member and a white supremacist.
Michael Anello‘s lawyer has already prepared a draft lawsuit, claiming his company worked for Mariah from June 2015 to May 2017 and got stiffed on the balance to the tune of $221,329.51. Anello claims he was promised another 2 years which would add $511,000 to the tab.
Michael says the singer humiliated him and his colleague by associating with hate groups. He also said Mariah preferred to be surrounded by black people and not white people.
Allegations of sexual harassment are also contained in the draft lawsuit, which claims the singer committed “sexual acts with the intent that they are viewed by Anello.Michael claims during a trip to Cabo San Lucas, Mariah requested that he come to her room to move some luggage but when he got there, she was wearing a see-through negligee that was open. He says he tried leaving but she insisted he move the luggage. He says he left the room and there was no physical contact.
Mariah’s team tell TMZ they are in touch with Michael’s lawyer Monday and have agreed to pay certain invoices, but Michael is not satisfied with the amount. They, however, say they have no information about the sexual harassment claim.
The lawsuit is on hold for now, probably because they are in trying to have settlement negotiations.
