The body of a 7-year-old boy was found hidden inside a home in Lawrence County, Ohio, a day after three adults were found shot dead inside the same home.
Police confirmed on Thursday afternoon that the little boy Devin Holston was one of the victims of a quadruple shooting murder.
It was initially believed that 7-year-old Devin was missing after three adults were shot dead while another person was injured in a trailer home on Wednesday night.
Unfortunately, the police discovered the boy’s body the next day after another search at the home.
The fifth victim who survived was stabbed in the neck and head but found a way to escape and seek help at a neighbor’s home and was later airlifted to Hospital in West Virginia.
A missing child alert was earlier issued for Devin but was later called off early Thursday morning after Devin’s body was found where it was hidden in the home.The perpetrators of the crime are said to be related in some way.
Aaron Lawson is however declared wanted on three counts of murder and one count of aggravated murder.He crashed his vehicle into a ditch and escape on foot as cops chased him.Aaron who used to babysit Devin and his brother from time to time is said to have no criminal records.
Little Devin was described as a sweet boy with bubbly personality who loved school and attended bible school with friends
The names of the other victims are being withheld as at this time pending a positive identification and subsequent notification of the next of kins.
The motive of the crime is still unknown just as cops continue to search for the suspect.
